What is Included?

1. Water System Flush & Sanitize We completely remove the non-toxic RV antifreeze from your plumbing lines.

Flushing: Running fresh water through all faucets, showers, and toilets until the water runs clear.
Sanitization: Treating the fresh water tank and lines to kill bacteria that may have grown during storage.
Bypass Reset: Resetting the water heater bypass valves to the "Summer" position.

2. Pressure Leak Test Winter is harsh. Even with antifreeze, fittings can crack or seals can dry out.

Pressurization: We pressurize your water system and monitor it for pressure drops.
Visual Inspection: checking under sinks and behind access panels for signs of leaks before they damage your floor.

3. Appliance & Safety Check We fire up the major systems to ensure they are ready for use.

Propane Appliances: Testing the water heater, furnace, refrigerator, and stove for proper ignition and flame color.
Batteries: Checking the voltage and water levels of your house batteries.
Tires: Inspecting tire pressure and sidewall condition after months of sitting stationary.
